Walk of life
Whether you are running or walking, there are always two paths to take. Interestingly, while I was running today, I heard the Holy Spirit (Pneuma) whisper to me again:
"My children need to hear that there are two paths in life. One is easy but will lead to death. The other is hard, full of hardship, but it will lead to life. Look."
I looked where I was running and saw two paths. One was the busy road—it’s an easy run, flat and smooth, where I could easily run at the speed I wanted to reach my goals. But here’s the thing: the road has cars flying by.
It might be easy, but one day it could lead to death.
The other path was a small, narrow trail, full of rocks, trees to dodge, and people walking by. I’ve tripped a few times running this path. It’s hard. Your legs feel it, and it takes so much longer to finish.
But that’s the point.
Following Jesus Christ is a daily choice we have to make.
It reminded me of:
Jeremiah 6:16“This is what the LORD says: ‘Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.’”
And of:
Matthew 7:13-14“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.”
It’s hard—you will fall a few times, get cuts and bruises. But will you die? No. It will make you wiser and stronger in the run.
We must walk and run with Jesus. He will guide us where to step. Yes, it takes longer. Yes, we must be obedient to the path He shows us.
Sometimes it doesn’t make sense, but trust Him. Talk with Him daily. He will guide you on the correct path.
Start choosing the right path today.

Amen 🙏
